The "soil nails" are now secured to a steel plate, that is fastened to this 1/4" thick mesh & 1/2" rebar.

This is the "upper west portion" of the new stadium retaining wall.

Two workers are securing the "soil-nail steel plates" to the wire mesh on the north upper wall.

Here's the north side of one of the new Auger Cast footings. This retaining wall will be 16'-10" high when done.
